CLOTHING He's usually wearing this westerny/steampunk thing, with a long (trench)coat pulled over it, though it's probably much looser fitting than that picture.

DEMEANOR Stoic, polite, distracted, curious, confused. Mostly the stoic part. Keeps to himself, and has a habit of tilting his head like a bird.

AURAL Voice clip! Low, gravelly, typically on the monotone side. Speaks very literally, has a weirdly clinical vocabulary.

Angelic Possession Cas can move his glowy, ethereal light-wave self from one body to the next, but this requires consent from the vessel/host.

Astral Projection Only able to project himself through dreams, not into the physical world

Healing Able to heal mild to moderate injuries, or maybe a simple fatal wound (like pierced vital organs), but can't reattach or regrow limbs. Extensive wounds (like burns all over a body) would take him much longer, or several separate instances of intense healing, to fix. He cannot cure magic-based afflictions, just physical ailments.

Regeneration/Invulnerability His regeneration will be slower. A gunshot wound, which might heal instantaneously in canon, will now take at least 10 - 30 minutes. Any kind of decapitation, headshot, exploding, dismembering, or complete conflagration will kill him. Also, if an Angel Blade from SPN canon happens to show up, taking one directly to the heart kills him. Cas doesn't eat or sleep, and breathing isn't a requirement. He also doesn't age.

Sedation A tap on the forehead knocks a human/animal immediately unconscious. Lasts 5 minutes max.

Prayer Cas can hear prayers made to him, either his name spoken in the prayer, or an unspoken desire for his aid. It's a one way communication only.

Teleportation/Flight Cas can use his wings "fly", which is basically just teleportation. He doesn't ever use this to go to space (does chill at the bottom of the Mariana Trench, though). He can only transport himself, and only to places within the Free Cities borders. His wings are not visible on this plane of reality, unless you have some really fancy sight, or you're seeing him in the Horizon.

Superhuman strength He can break metal, lift a 1-ton anvil with ease, throw people through stone walls, etc.

Superhuman senses Superhuman hearing, sight, smell, and taste. Cas is able to see microscopic things with the naked eye, hear whispers in the next room over, knew a corpse had a recent bladder infection by sniffing it (also identified which saint a bone belonged to with a sniff??), and tastes each individual molecule when eating food.

Telepathy/Mental Manipulation Angels can read a human's mind, go digging around in their memories, share his own memories or memories of an alternate timeline, or dig up repressed/forgotten memories. In Abraxas, this is with consent only.

Soul Reading/Channeling When touching a human soul, Cas can tell if there's some damage or weirdness to it, or channel the energy of it into usable power, like a battery (this is extremely painful for the human, and is consent-based only in Abraxas). This is the only time Cas uses intangibility - to phase his hand through the person's chest to touch their soul.

This garden is curated over several long months, much of the work done in the time Cas was sick with depleted grace, time spent healing after the pit and attempting to find some level of peace with dean’s absence.

Behind the house is a modest plot of land Cas quickly sets to filling with all manner of plant life. There’s an organization to it that only Cas seems to know, appearing otherwise chaotic to anyone else. If asked, Castiel will tell you nature doesn’t grow in straight lines, nor should it be asked to. The garden is a small, contained explosion of natural life, a kaleidoscope of color and shape. Vibrant butterflies, bees and other insect life roam about the garden daily, be sure to watch where you’re putting your feet.

If one were to observe long and closely enough, they might pick out fibonacci circles and curving, fractal geometry in the layout of colors, irrigation channels, and stone patterns. Find designs around a small nucleus with orbiting rims, or lines radiating out like star bursts or tiny supernovas, swirling colors of flowers in gradients like arms of a galaxy drifting through the space of surrounding vegetation. Viewing it from the turret room above, the garden almost looks like a rough mandala, lines blurred and colors fading into each other as the flowers bloom and decay over time.

Anything from vegetables to herbs to produce can be found, though none are specifically labeled. However, Cas regularly harvests produce and strings up herbs to dry in the kitchen, so they’re available when needed. Small streams web through the plantlife for irrigation, assembled with small stones, fed from a gutter system routed off the house rooftops, branching away like tree roots.

Anywhere a plant can be squeezed, there is one, growing in and around sparse stepping stones existing only to get in between the clusters to weed, water and tend to them. Flowers and creeping vines climb up the walls of the house, over fences and gates. The eastern side of the garden, next to the fence, is lined with 8 of Nadine's weed plants that Cas attentively tends to, harvests, and takes to the clinic for drying and processing.

In a couple places, intricate stone patterns are laid out to make a space for a couple people, no more than 3 fit together snugly, to sit among the sprawling cloud of nature. Perhaps even a short bench or stool made of flat rock slates stacked up. If you want to sit in this garden, you’re forced to become part of it, enveloped by the surrounding green, feeling leaves brush at your shoulders and ankles where butterflies can come perch on your head. The area’s made to accommodate the plants, not the people. The extra rocks Cas didn’t need for pathways are piled in little towers here and there, hidden amongst the flower and herb clusters.

In a back corner of the garden, beneath a tree, Cas is slowly working through weaving a human sized basket nest. It takes many hours of selecting optimal sticks and arranging them in the most structurally sound fashion, but some months from now, there will be a comfortable, enclosed space to curl into with a friend or two and watch the butterflies and bees roam about.

Castiel’s bedroom spans the attic floor, where light filters in from a couple sky light windows, and a large, circular pane that looks out over the nearby rooftops. While most of the décor is spartan, one can find clusters of knick-knacks and odd collections cloistered away on bedside tables, window sills and shelves. The closet is barren, especially after Cas's time in the pit destroyed the one complete outfit he had. Even after Jo takes him shopping for another, it remains drastically lighter than any other resident’s wardrobe.

On one end for the room, there's a ladder leading to a loft area, where shelves of books, a desk, and some chairs are tucked away. The bathroom is just as sparse, a simple tub and sink. Beside the large, circular window, Cas sets up a collection of indoor plants, seedlings, drying herbs and flowers.

Though one doesn't have to go through Castiel's room to get to the turret room, he does have a door that leads to the staircase up there. In the modest, octagonal room is a wide bed covered in cushions. It's multifunctional, used as a guest room, a meditation room, or roost for Cas to sit and observe traffic below or stand sentry for invaders. As you do.
