Do you have a moment? I'd like to discuss an idea with you. I'm not sure it would garner much support at large.

[Which means she's being quite selective about who she speaks to about it. She knows that anyone in his house has the potential to be pulled into the know– the Winchester-Harvelle-Angel crew are not unlike the Crows in that way– and that's a risk she's decided she's willing to take.]

It's...a long shot, probably. But I don't think it's impossible... to separate ourselves away from the factions, away their wars. Be our own community, without them. I think it's something we, as Summoned, should at least consider.

I agree.

This schism between the factions, it sets us against each other for reasons none of us arrived with. We'd be more effective at healing this world with cooperation between us all.

I doubt we can physically relocate ourselves, but participation in a single Summoned community within the Horizon would be ideal.

That's exactly it. It sets us on our back foot from the start.

I hadn't considered the Horizon for it. That's a decent start at least.

No, but I think Sam Wilson could do it. He's done similar gatherings before, albeit for very different reasons, the capabilities to pull all of the Summoned together are there.

I believe the less the local factions know about our organization, the better.

It'll be a feat to get all of the Summoned to organize, we may only be able to get a handful involved at first. It seems many have differing opinions, or are simply contrarian by nature.

If anyone's likely to reach the most of them and organize, I agree, Sam Wilson would be the best to approach them.

There have already been pretty different opinions just among those of you I've decided to start these ideas with, so I'd say that's a fair assumption. I don't want to divide the Summoned against each other further, but I know it's a possibility with something like this.
